Returns and Refunds: 

All our products are meticulously crafted to order, tailored specifically to meet your needs. Due to this customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement upon receiving details of the damage along with images and video proofs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at creativedisplayshopify@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at creativedisplayshopify@gmail.com.

COD Exchange and Return Policy:

Order Confirmation Call : After receiving your COD order, we will make a confirmation call to verify the details and ensure the order is accurate. This step helps us prevent any discrepancies and ensures a smooth delivery process. Please note that this call may be recorded for proof and quality assurance purposes.
COD Exchange and Return Policy:
Exchange: If you receive a product with any missing parts or issues, we highly recommend opting for an exchange. Our team will promptly assist you to ensure you receive a perfect replacement.
Returns: Returns for COD orders are subject to strict conditions to prevent misuse and protect our resources.
1.Initiation: You must initiate the return process within 3 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility: Returns will only be accepted if there is a valid reason, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product. Returns for reasons such as a change of mind will be considered but are discouraged.
3.Return Charges: If the return is due to a change of mind and not due to any defect or issue with the product, the return pickup charges will be the responsibility of the client.
